「Less than 2 blocks from the beach! Clean and all the amenities were great!」

「All was great. Eating and living room area was a bit small . As this was a December/January trip, the outside eating area was not used. If it were a summer trip, it would be just fine.」

「This was my second time staying at the pink house and it was as perfect as I remembered it being. Short walk to the beach (and boardwalk stores/restaurants etc) and there’s a grocery store with a coffee shop diagonally across the street. Didn’t have to get back in the car once! 」

「Over priced. Flooring has soft spots and uneven, the flooring on the side of the bed is on a slant. Shower is uneven. The bathroom floor leaked due to rain. You can hear people walking around on the decking (it echoes into the room). Nowhere to hang your clothes. Sofa and bathroom door chewed up. Simply not worth the cost. 」

「I don’t even know where to start. I have never seen a more dirty close to filthy accommodation. From the floor, dishes to the badly stained mattress. The sliding door does not even have a door handle The light fittings and ceiling fans are covered in dust. We even had to replace the AC filter. The washing machine had standing water in and the dryer vent is so blocked it takes 3 hours to dry a set of sheets. No racks in the refrigeration dirty oven with only 2 cook tops working at an angle....
