Welcome to Dolphin Overlook! Start your day watching dolphins play in the awe-inspiring beauty of a sunrise over the horizon. With one king bed, two twin beds, and a brand-new sleeper sofa, this retreat is perfect for families or a group of friends seeking an unforgettable beachfront getaway.

In the main area you'll find the living room with new furniture, a smart TV & Wii, and expansive glass sliders that lead to your own oceanfront deck! There is a full house water softer and the kitchen has a reverse osmosis system connected to the refrigerator and ice maker. The kitchen was just remodeled (Feb 2024) and is fully equipped with everything you'll need for a home cooked meal after a long day in the sun. There is seating for 4 at the table and 2 at the counter. Down the hall you'll find the twin bedroom with smart TV, and a shared full bath complete with washer & dryer. The primary bedroom has a cozy king bed and an en-suite bath with rainfall shower. Just a few steps down the street you have access to a swimming pool too!

Just a half mile walk along the sandy shore will bring you to the boardwalk and all the fun of downtown Carolina Beach. Whether you're building sandcastles with the family or taking a sunset stroll along the shore, the beach is your backyard at Dolphin Overlook!

Designated parking for one vehicle in the back of the building next to the sand dune. Guest spaces are located behind the building and first come first serve.
