Enjoy the heart of Carolina Beach at Cabana De Mar from your own private fourth-floor balcony. Spend the morning at the beach with beach access from a private community boardwalk. If you need a break from the sand, you can lounge at the oceanfront pool. Step out onto the back patio to oversee the kids splashing in the pool and view the beautiful fireworks every Thursday night in the summer. Walk two blocks to the famous Carolina Beach boardwalk where you can eat ice cream, visit a souvenir shop, purchase a new t-shirt, and try our Famous Britts Donuts. Inside the condo, you definitely won’t forget you are on vacation with an unbeatable oceanfront view from your living room and balcony. Don't worry, groceries are a snap with elevator access to your floor. Cabana Suites 409 is ready to be your forever vacation home!

Ground Level:
Our building has security cameras monitoring the parking lot and pool.

Gated parking lot entry. First come, first serve covered parking under the building with an overflow lot across the street. Elevator access. Pool (In Season) and Beach Access.

Property Level:

Hallway to Living room with ocean front glass wall & sliding doors to balcony. Upholstered Queen-size sleeper sofa and dining table for four.

Primary Bedroom Suite with king-size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with vanity and walk-in shower.

Guest bedroom with queen-size bed and TV. Ensuite bathroom with vanity and walk-in shower.

Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator and range. *No Dishwasher in this unit! Washer and dryer closet.

Parking: 2 vehicles Max. Paper passes are to be hung on the rearview mirror of the vehicle. If the pass is not displayed, the owner may be fined, and the automobile may be booted or towed at the owner's expense.

Security Cameras are located at the parking area, back porch, and pool at this property.

Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and laying on the end of the beds. 

Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Things to bring:
Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm
Off Season Check-ins begin at 3 pm and are guaranteed by 5 pm
Check-out is by 10 am. 
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Elevator Policies:
Please note, the elevator is for convenience only and does not guarantee ADA Compliance or Wheelchair accessibility. Although elevators are checked on a regular basis, Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable if the elevator is not operating or functioning properly during your stay. No refunds will be issued for these closures. 

Pool Notice:
Pools are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day; however, pool closures may be dictated by the HOA or the Health Department. Pools may also be closed after a hurricane or tropical storm. Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable. No refunds will be issued for these closures.

Pet Policy:
No pets allowed.

Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking
- After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation debit.
- After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re-rented. If premises are re-rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation debit.

Discover aquatic wildlife and vegetation at the North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher or enjoy a relaxing ferry ride across the Cape Fear River to a quaint little shopping town called Southport. Take a trip back in time at the Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Museum which features live oak-covered trails and bunkers from the American Civil War. Stroll through the marsh to visit the home of the famous Ft. Fisher Hermit. Or wind down with nature at our two state parks, sure to provide a memorable experience with hiking, fishing, and water activities such as paddle boarding and kayaking, and search for a Venus Flytrap which is native to NC only. As one of North Carolina's most undeveloped beaches, the island offers a unique opportunity to see many diverse coastal wildlife, including pelicans and loggerhead sea turtles, in their natural habitat. Annual off-season events include the Cape Fear Kite Festival, Christmas by the Sea, and the Island of Lights Festival.
