Right next to the boardwalk so it was easy to get to the beach and the fun! We had a wonderful time!

The unit was very clean and everything was as presented in the description and online photos. The live music at the restaurant across the street on Friday and Saturday nights was definitely a big negative. The music played until midnight and it’s almost impossible to sleep before the music stops. It’s super frustrating to arrive tired after a day of travel only to be kept awake by incredibly loud music.

Vacation Carolina Beach

Great condo Great location The condo was comfortable and clean. The only problem we had was with the sliding glass door to the balcony. It was extremely hard to open or close. But overall a perfect vacation and would stay here again!!

Stay was good and room was good description. Had some problems with living room TV not working due to cable companies equipment. However it was quickly resolved for us. Location was fantastic for having children with us and also offered good adult entertainment as well.

This was our 7th year coming down to the Carolina Beach area and by far the best location yet. We were in walking distance to our favorite establishments. The 3rd floor view was beautiful - sunrise on the balcony every day. 2 weeks went by like a long weekend. I will be back. Bob M

Right on the beach

We really enjoyed having a place right on the beach. The property manager was very prompt at helping us with issues. We thought there was a hot tub but there wasn't. It was a small 2 foot baby pool that was scummy. The pool was very cold so we didn't get in. It was strange that we had to buy our own toilet paper and dish soap and dishwasher soap, paper towels etc. It was close enough to places to eat that we could walk to. The sliding glass door was very hard to open even after they came to "fix" it. It needs to be replaced as it didn't have a good seal between the two glass pains in the middle and the wind would howl through it. We liked having an elevator for my older sister who can't climb stairs well. We loved the view of the ocean!!

First impression, negative. Living area way too small for more than two adults.

Property website misleading. Two occasional chairs in LR not there. Of four dining chairs, only two there. Sliding door extremely difficult to open/close ( my adult daughter could not open them). Sliding glass door glass extremely dirty and/or need replacing. Shower rug in twin from extremely wet where again adult daughter could not lift it. I threw it on the balcony and left it there. Where is housekeeping? In general very dissatisfied.

Getaway

Great location, only issue was the answering service when i had to call about the air conditioning blowing hot air. I was told to sleep with the sliding glass door open. I was advised that someone would be over in, after waiting till 10 I called again and no service call was ever made.air was fixed at 4pm.
