Welcome to our recently upgraded and beautifully furnished one-bedroom condo in the Sea Colony Complex, Carolina Beach, NC. This spacious and private apartment boasts an open floor plan with a modern kitchen featuring counter-height seating, a dining area, and a cozy living room with a Smart TV.

The fully appointed kitchen comes equipped with all the essentials, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, Keurig coffee machine, and microwave. Rest easy in the comfortable bedroom with fresh, crisp linens, pillows, and bed coverings. An additional twin-sized bed in the living room offers extra sleeping accommodations.

The spacious living room also features a comfy sleeper sofa, a convenient laundry area, and free high-speed WiFi. Step out onto the balcony to enjoy stunning ocean and beach views, perfect for sipping coffee in the morning or watching sunsets in the evening.

The Sea Colony Condominiums is a serene and inviting beachfront community offering guests the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Plushy nor Owner is responsible for any complex amenities to be closed or out of order due to weather or maintenance during stay.

These start up supplies are provided: toilet paper, paper towels, dish-washing tablets, trash bags, dish soap, cleaning supplies. We do not provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, or laundry detergent.

For your comfort, one fresh bath towel is provided per guest for the duration of your stay.

This property has a No Pet Policy. Pets are strictly prohibited and a fine will be imposed for any unauthorized pets plus immediate removal.
