Beautiful view

The condo does need some updates, but the view from our deck was worth it. We enjoyed watching the ocean each morning and evening from the the big oceanfront deck. The condo is close to everything you need. We were disappointed though that the private entrance to the beach and pool no longer locked. We did notice that people, who were not guests, were freely using the "private" beach entrance and pool. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay. This was our second time using this condo because of the beautiful view.

Great location, it’s really nice to be on the beach and so close to the Carolina beach town area and Wilmington. The property was a nice size, perfect for our family of 4. Check in and out process was a breeze and the two pools onsite were a plus. We are sorry that we had to leave!

We did a family mini vaca for September. Kitchen was well equipped, even provided startup supplies for bathrooms and kitchen and laundry. Beds were clean and okay for a few nights sleep. Balcony was perfect. My 90 year old mother loved it. Great location and the private beach access was good. Probably not the best choice for elderly as the stair climb was a bit much and the beach access path is very narrow. Would recommend it

It’s just a condo

The room was somewhat clean. Found dirt and hair in the showers, dirt and left over water bottle under the couch/pull out bed. Not a lot of cooking pots and pans or utensils and what was there was nasty. WiFi never worked right. Rebooted modem and WiFi router, could “connect” to the WiFi, but it would not pass traffic. Also, only 1 key to the gate to get to the beach or pool( and only 1 pool open), so as others in my family would come down, had to make a trip to let them in to the beach or pool. Hey, great view of the beach!!
