    The Property address and your Access Code will be provided from VRBO (3) days before check in as well as visible and available in the VRBO APP and the Welcome / Hospitality Guide.

    Our cozy 1 bedroom 1 1/2 bath condo is located on the second floor that is spacious enough for your romantic getaway or a small family retreat. Your guests can relax in the private community pool or enjoy the beautiful Atlantic beach just steps away from these villas. This condo has an entry shaded balcony overlooking the pool where you can relax after a long day at the beach. The master bedroom offers a private balcony that provides ocean views with amazing sunrises and sunsets.
    This space opens to the well-equipped kitchen with everything needed for prepping meals or snacks. 

    **Bring your own Beach towels**

    You are just steps to the beach, North End Fishing Pier/Tiki Bar and undeveloped Freeman Beach, where you can drive your 4 x 4 vehicle. Bicycle racks are available for a short ride to boardwalk for dining, arcade, fireworks and live music in the summer.    Enjoy locally grown fruit/vegetables for purchase on Saturday’s at the Farmer’s Market in Carolina Beach. 
    Great Courtyard pool with grill and sitting area complete this vacation package. Experience this lovely vacation destination at the popular Seascape Community. Off-street and Boat trailer parking available.
    Property has a MAXIMUM of 4 people.   Sleeps up to 4 people with a maximum of 2 adults

    Parking is tandem parking. No unit assigned parking. You will have (1) parking pass for your vehicle. Multiple locations around the building to park.

We stay at the Seascapes every year because the condos are the perfect size for me and my hubby. The properties are super clean and we made ourselves right at home. We had an excellent view of the ocean from the bedroom balcony. I contacted the property manager a couple of times during the stay and he was super responsive and friendly.

Great experience! We enjoyed it tremendously! One thing we would change is the fact that the bed sheets provided for the couch pullout bed did not fit ( way tooooo small!) and we could have used more kitchen and bath towels.

Great place to stay!

We had a great experience staying here! Very clean and the access to the beach was great, especially for the affordable cost! The pool was a huge plus for my 7 year old! And the 2nd toilet was a bonus!! We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Great Location

The place was clean and perfect for me to stay for a work trip. It would be good for a couple to stay. It can get a little loud, but nothing that bothered me! I would stay again.

Beautiful condo

I had a great time staying in this condo , Had everything we need it for my family vacation , The condo was just what we needed, several days of peace and quiet. It was the perfect size for my kids and I. The bed was really comfortable and everything was nice and clean. I loved the location away from the busy tourist area. Easy access to the beach.

Property was nice and owners very responsive and kind. Access across the street was blocked off where shore had been washed away and water in unit smelled STRONGLY of sulfur.

Property was very nice. Clean had everything I needed. We enjoyed the bedroom balcony ocean views in the morning with our coffee. The only thing I didn’t like was the beach access across the street was permanently closed, and of course that is not the owners fault that is Mother Nature taking its toll on the shore line. Nice Condo With Everything You Need

This condo was well maintained, had everything we needed for a relaxing beach getaway. Loved the front balcony with ocean views. Nice quiet neighborhood on the North End, walking distance to the pier. Communication with rental company was excellent and very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Home away from home

This was hands down the best beach trip we have ever taken. The area is perfect for families, even for teenagers. Safety is a plus and we felt very secure staying here. Night time is very quiet and peaceful. A short walk to the pier and about a 30 min walk to the boardwalk. This place is everything the owner states it to be. Only upgrade I would invest in is Keurig, and thats saying there isn't much needed here. You have it all! We will definitely book again!
