Great find for our annual trip to friends

Loved the location- close walk to the beach and beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. Accommodations are very modern/clean and the house is stocked with everything you could possibly need- including bikes and chairs for the beach! Highly recommend!

Beach weekend

Our family/party of 8 had a wonderful time! The location was great - just a short walk to the beach. The house was beautifully decorated and well stocked with anything we could need. Loved the porches and the elevator for convenience. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful accommodations

For this family of six the property had all the comforts of home. So close to the beach it was an easy walk each day. Communication with owner was easy and very friendly. Wish we would have had another day there.

Close to the beach

Happy-Ours had a great layout for our two families. Beach just across the street! It was clean and so well decorated. The kitchen was well stocked but did need additional dish soap and wash cloths. The filtration system is a bonus! The water tasted great!

INCREDIBLE Stay

My family needed a place just for a quick weekend in Carolina Beach and this house could not have been more perfect. It has EVERYTHING you need. They provide the linens, the towels, the beach chairs, bicycles, and the kitchen is perfectly stocked. It truly could not be better. We have stayed at a ton of Carolina Beach rentals and this was the best. We will absolutely be back. Thank you Jake for a wonderful experience!

Nothing but good things to say about our stay. This home is extremely well appointed and has everything you could think you might need at the beach. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you might think of. The bikes and boogie boards were above and beyond and appreciated. WiFi was excellent and easy. Convenient location and easy walk to beach access.

True VACATION

This property continues to blow our mind. We have stayed here before and loved it and didn’t think it was possible to love it more. They have thought of everything. You are truly on vacation here. Impeccably clean, stocked with everything you need, and Jake is right there communicating with you with so many helpful details. We can’t wait to come back!

Very clean and gray location. We had small inconveniences with ice maker and door keypad but the host was responsive. i couldn’t give a 4 star even with the issues bc the place had everything we needed and the location was wonderful. You will not be disappointed if you book your stay here!

Home away from home

Great communication with owners. Their home felt like our home. We were able to have out of town family fly in to celebrate our daughter's college graduation and have a fabulous time! Fully stocked kitchen, roomy, clean. Wonderful memories were made!

Wonderful long weekend

We made the easy trip from Raleigh and stayed Wednesday to Sunday. The property is extremely nice, clean, clearly recently renovated, had everything we needed etc. We went with our two kids and my in laws and were extremely comfortable / had plenty of space. Each of the kids had their own bedrooms, which was nice and allowed for better sleep away from home for them. Two families and 4-6 kids could stay extremely comfortably. The master bed and bathroom were great, particularly the bathroom with the double sink and large shower. One very small thing on the master bedroom and the other bedrooms: some of the windows are uncovered by the blinds / shutters so some blackout shades could be a nice touch. No privacy issues - just could be a bit darker in the morning if desired to sleep in a bit. Location is awesome - very close to the beach - kids (2 and 5) walked and we didn’t really need a wagon. Also close / walkable to cool local spots such as Ocean Grill and Tiki Bar. The boardwalk is a bit of a hike if you’re on foot but doable. Last thing: the listing should list all the things they have available in the kitchen / utensils / spices / oils etc. we would have brought less if we had known all the wonderful stuff they had there! All in all a wonderful place and when we go back to Carolina Beach we’ll try to stay here again!
