The house is a very short and easy walk from the beach. The rooms upstairs have plenty of space. The upstairs bedrooms were also very nice and cool. The bathroom doesn’t have air conditioning, but it was not terribly hot. The downstairs area was quite warm, the window unit is in the living room and was not working very well. There is no air conditioning in the kitchen or downstairs bathroom, and since the living room unit was not working those rooms were very hot. There was a floor fan and I had taken a small portable fan that made cooking in the kitchen a little more tolerable. There was plenty of room for everyone in our group to sleep. The beds were made when we arrived, which was very nice. The beds were also very comfortable. The owner responded quickly to any messages I sent her. The back yard is spacious and was great for walking our dog. The area was quiet at night. There are upgrades in progress that I’m sure will make the house even better than it already is.
