Fall Break

Home was generally as advertised and what we needed for the weekend. The location was a short walk to the beach. Freezer was not working properly and cleanliness was ok but not great.

Carolina Beach Family Vacation

Overall, loved this house. It’s across the street from the beach and awesome views from the roof deck . Definitely appreciate the elevator to access all 4 floors. They have beach chairs, a wagon and other accessories for the beach . Ample bedrooms and living room and kitchen on the top floor is huge. Make sure you visit the aquarium. I would definitely come back and recommend to others

Enjoyed the house and the location.

House was just as described and very nice. No issues walking to the beach. Nice to have the lower level and the fenced yard to let the pups out.

Great Place, But…

Booking was seamless and very easy. Even before arrival, Bryant Real Estate thoroughly communicated reminders, preparation options, things to do, etc. Upon arrival the property was as listed; very well taken care of. My family was impressed. My mom and sister are sticklers of cleanliness so that meant a lot to have their approval. With four floors, our favorite feature was the elevator. There were also a lot of things we were able to utilize like beach chairs, tents, wagons, that improved our beach experience. The property was well kept and appeared clean. However, on the second day we noticed roaches in the kitchen area. This tainted our experience, especially since I have an infant. After we sprayed, we noticed lots of roaches of medium and small size become visible over the next 8ish hours from the refrigerator area, lots around the trash can area, the dishwasher area, and even scattered into the refrigerator with our food and my infants breastmilk. We threw out our grocery and opted to eat out for the remainder of our stay. Bryant Real Estate sent a technician to help address the issue quickly, on the same day I notified them. He mentioned the property is on a treatment plan, meaning - to me - the roaches were a known issue. Our visit was tainted by the bug issue. Upon being notified, Bryant Real Estate worked with us to make it right as my niece found a small bug in her bag when she returned home. I would book with them again… but a different property.

Comfort and accessibility

Perfect location. Clean, modern and comfy accommodations. Beautiful home with gorgeous views. We really enjoyed our stay. The elevator was perfect for my senior parents.

Struggling house but good property management

The house overall was just OK for us. On arrival it had the appearance of being clean but everyone’s feet were black and covered with sand in hours. Throughout our stay we had multiple things break/breakdown between the elevator (could not use during initial move in and grocery trip for 4th floor kitchen) and the dining room table (had obviously broken and repaired previously and did again for us causing a 70yr old to fall). The management company was very quick to respond to things which helped. It had the space we needed for our large family and the proximity to the beach was great - just needed to be cleaned more thoroughly and safety of the items in house should be double checked.

Graduation weekend

We rented this duplex for my sons graduation. Perfect for family setting. The younger adults enjoyed the pool and ping pong tables. Large enough to spread out and relax!

Newly Renovated - Great View

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property worked well for our extended family. The elevator is very handy for loading/unloading. The public beach access is not right in front of the unit so is tough with carts & little children. We managed to use the Carolina Sands access but were chased off the parking lot beside it. Because the unit is so recently renovated some small amenities haven't been added such as pitchers, cups for small children, etc. A better list of what's there would be helpful - there was a pack-and-play and a beach cart which would have allowed us to leave ours at home and pack more easily. Glass surfaces were very streaky and cleaning up was difficult with only a broom in the garage (no vacuum). Having a fridge in the garage was awesome. Fans are remote-controlled and we could not find 2 of them most of the week. Finally found the one for the family room. They need to be in a more conspicuous place (wall-mounted?). We enjoyed the aquarium nearby on a rainy day and had ice cream next door several times! We also enjoyed the boardwalk shops and Thursday night fireworks.

Carolina beach was a perfect place to spend time with my family and celebrate my birthday. The convenience of the elevators and the stylish rooms was so comfortable and warming to watch the sunrise and sunset was soothing. The rooftop where we sip on cocktails and enjoyed the people on the beach. I would definitely rent again if possible, I had a wonderful weekend!
