「Clean」

「Great hotel with beautiful rooms and a lovely pool.」

「Everything was great except for the microwave broke the first time we used it, the air conditioner was very noisy when it kicked on and an elevator was broken and the other was loud enough to hear from our room. But staff was great, the property was clean and maintained. Could use some updates in the rooms and restaurant.」

「Good balcony」

「Before reservations, the hotel did not mention it will ask fee for cleaning, but after check in, it receive the fee for two times. Cause they first say they don’t need that much for that but changed their mind one day after. Also the charging socket doesn't work well. The soundproofing of the room is not good. You can hear the sound outside clearly.」

「I recommend this for your next stay」

「Friendly and safe place.」

「⭐ 1/5 – Would Not Recommend Our stay at the Scottish Inn in downtown Austin was extremely disappointing. I understand this is a budget hotel, but basic cleanliness, safety, and working amenities should still be expected. The toilet was ridiculously loud when flushing, yet somehow barely flushed anything at all, sometimes not flushing whatsoever. The shower constantly switched between hot and cold water. To make matters worse, there was a USED PIMPLE PATCH stuck to the wall. Clearly, cleaning...

「被多收了钱，洗衣买不到洗衣液，洗脸盆水下不去，地板是破的，太靠近马路又太不吵，见鬼了再也不来了，体验太差了！」
