「Wifi is weak. A convenient store is near by and a super market is about 300m away. It took me 10 minutes to walk to tram stop and about 13 minutes to downtown.」

「This is probably the best hotel we have ever stayed at. We were there for 3 nights and from check-in to check-out everything was flawless. The staff were corteous and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was delicious and they had everything you could want or need to set you up for the day. We will only ever come back to this hotel when we come back to Kraków. Thank you 💗」

「Big room. Clean and very mordern. Friendly staff. Very comfy bed with excellent bedding. Restaurant menu is resonably priced and with good quality. Beats some of the 5 stars hotels I have stayed. Location is good for us because we arrive and leave by train. Hotel is just next to the train station. One thing not so good is the lighting of the hotel in general, too dim and not adequately lit. 」
