  • Experience coastal living at its finest in this recently renovated 1-bedroom beach condo, ideally situated within walking distance of everything Carpinteria has to offer. Less than a block from the beach and conveniently located in the heart of Carpinteria on Linden Ave. just steps to shops, restaurants & parks. The condo features a King sized bed with high end linens, as well as a full kitchen & bath, equipped with brand new appliances, fixtures & hardwood floors to elevate your beach getaway!

    Kitchen:
    - New appliances & fixtures
    - New dishwasher
    - Coffee maker: Nespresso, Pour over and drip coffee machine
    - Microwave
    - Coffee pods, a variety of tea, and filtered water in the fridge are provided
    - counter eating area with two seats

    Living Room:
    - large, comfortable couch with pull out queen size bed
    - smart TV & Premium cable: Netflix, Amazon, Hulu

    Bedroom:
    - King Bed with high end linens

It was extremely hot staying there over the summer. The unit had two AC units that were in use our entire stay but it still didn’t cut it. There was also visible dust and dirt buildup in both units that made it unpleasant to think we were inhaling it. Other than that the place was nice and bed was super comfortable.

Great little apartment

My partner and I spent 2 nights at this charming apartment. It was stocked with everything we need for a couple of nights at the beach. We really enjoyed having a comfortable place to relax and recharge at the end of the day.

There was a leak into this condo the day before our arrival so our host moved us to a very nice house a couple blocks away. A wonderful upgrade but we weren't changed more. We really appreciated her taking care of us. Had a great time.

Cozy and chic beach cottage

My husband and I always love coming to Carp from So Cal to visit my Mom in SB. This beach cottage as compared to other VRBOs is a step up in decor! Very comfortable with bohemian style and everything you need in a kitchen. Minimal natural light with no view but, interior lighting is excellent. The upstairs can get a little warm but, having a portable AC was huge! Great location!! Steps to the beach:)) I would definitely stay here again. Danielle was a wonderful host!

Cozy spot steps from the beach!

Danielle’s condo is a cozy, fresh, comfortable place to enjoy a stay in Carpenteria. It looks exactly as it does in the pictures- beachy decor, comfortable seating, a veeerrryy comfortable bed upstairs and a nicely updated kitchen and bathroom. The condo’s location is also within walking distance of many restaurants, it’s close to Santa Barbara, and we also took a drive up to Ojai. From the easy instructions on how to get in to the property, to the beach gear for use, to the great coffee, wine and chocolate she left for us, Danielle made staying here a complete pleasure.

Access the boogie boards

Well appointed !! My only hiccup was , where were the boogie boards ??? We saw a storage unit in the carport but we did not have access if that’s where they were stored Thanks for-the lovely place

Another fun time in Carp!

Condo is very nicely done with lots of amenities. Property Manager was very quick to respond and solution-oriented. Bathroom is upstairs off the bedroom. Just be warned it was VERY warm when we were there as there is little airflow in the unit and no central a/c. There is a portable a/c unit upstairs though the power strip it was plugged into kept turning off. Once we fixed that problem the unit kept things a bit cooler. No screens on the windows downstairs so was hesitant to leave them open to allow air flow. Location was awesome and it was a beautiful place. Enjoyed our stay.
