Perfect location

Great location, clean, well furnished, A/C greatly appreciated, just have to walk down a dark hallway but once inside bright and many windows. Would stay again & highly recommend.

Nice Stay in Carp

Place was very nice and the property is right on the beach. Neighborhood felt safe, gated assigned parking was nice, and was very close to everything in the town. Would stay again.

We really enjoyed out stay, super easy, great parking, house was super clean. No beach views, but not necessary since it is right on the sand and spent all of our time on the beach!

Weekend Stay

Traveled to Santa Barbara for my son's soccer game and spent a short weekend here. Place was in a great spot right on the beach and walkable to many restaurants. Would definitely stay here again with the family.

Beautiful home and great location

The house was very clean and looked just like the pictures. It’s in a quiet town that has plenty of exploring to do but is close enough to drive to Santa Barbara as well. Overall, had a great stay!

Great condo in complex on beach but no view

Great condo ri nicely furnished and equipped. Complex is right in beach. Only downside is that this u it is in back and does not face beach. Good parking in site. Ery clean. Beach chairs on site.

Perfect Family Escape

Our family of four (including a one year old and three year old) stayed really comfortably between the two bedrooms. The living room / dinning area has a great amount of space to hangout in. We had more family staying in another unit and we mostly hung out in this unit for meals and movie time with that big comfy couch!

Everything was well-maintained, comfortable and attractive. The beach was right down the stairs, so we could go back to condo and right back to the beach. The beach was really spacious compared to other areas of Carpinteria. We will definitely come back.

Cozy condo and great location

This was the perfect place to spend time with our family and take walks down the beach just steps from the door. Everything we needed was walking distance down the street, we enjoyed shopping and eating out just blocks away. There was an issue with the heater, the property managers were on it immediately and were as helpful as they possibly could to mage sure we were comfortable.
