The home is beautiful with a great view of the ocean. However, if you don't like stairs this is not for you. Also, the view was spoiled most days during our visit by literally hundreds of teenagers right in front of the house on spring break.

This house was just beautiful. It was so tidy, simple decorations but so pretty and being right on the beach was a dream. The beds were perfection- I slept like a baby every night and listening to the sounds of the ocean from this home was so restorative and just what we needed. Thanks for a fantastic getaway- we would definitely stay here in the future. Our kids loved the first floor level play room- lots of watching tv shows from recliners and playing pool or ping pong... when they weren't playing on the beach!

My wife and our five children had an amazing time at this perfect house. Highly recommended would recommend again plenty of room for it only minor setback was the washer and dryer downstairs didn't work but luckily there was an upstairs washer and dryer as well everyone to be comfortable

A wonderful family vacation in the sweet little town of Carpinteria. Two blocks from shopping, coffee & restaurants. Pristine beach right off the back deck. Home is equipped with everything for a family beach day. Carpenteria State beach and park have great amenities for adults and kids alike. This Vrbo was a splurge, but it was totally worth it and exceeded our expectations.

This home, location and views are unbelievable. It is even more beautiful than the pictures, and stocked extremely well. The bedding and furnishings are comfortable and high end. The town is incredible and walkable. Just a perfect stay - wish we could have stayed longer!!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was one of the cleanest rentals we have ever had the opportunity to stay at. The location is top tier, we saw incredible sunsets each night. The bed in the primary was also extremely comfortable. We will return!

We reserved this home to celebrate my birthday with kids and grandkids and it was spectacular and very comfortable. Our stay was in November and the only issue we had was being too cold in the second floor bedroom with loft - the forced air heater would not work, only AC. The maintenance person checked it out (management company was helpful) and brought us space heaters thankfully. We would love to stay here again and overall had a wonderful experience!

The property was recently updated . It's my favorite trip we take. The property is amazing the little touches that have changed having laundry upstairs a plus the game room is inviting now . the beach is quite , peaceful clean . I can't even explain how much our family has enjoyed this property . It's a property we will be going to yearly . We have made great family memories that will be with us forever. This house is lovely. As I am a designer, the devil is in the details for me. The kitchen is well-appointed and the view is stunning. The bathrooms are also very well designed with efficient layout. This is a kid friendly home even though we did not have kids. My only comments for improvement are on the lamps beside the beds-- they need replacing. They look like they came from a garage sale and were very rickety. Also the parking situation is tough. The small one spot that was reserved for us was taken by someone else on more than one occasion over the 3 night stay. Please be warned that you have to climb 3 flights of tall stairs to get to master/kitchen/living room. 2 flights for the others. Tough with bags and groceries. But again, lovely place on a part of the beach where there is less tourist traffic. I would go back!

Spacious, well thought out design taking full advantage of ocean and beach views. Easy parking. Wonderful deck space to enjoy sunset as well. Like new and furnished impeccably.
