Playa Lodging is an incredible beach rental less than a quarter-mile away from the beach! Playa Lodging is the height of luxury with all the comforts of home. This listing is for the one bedroom. We also have a two-bedroom available. Playa Lodging is unique because not only is it the height of luxury, but it is a stone's throw away from the beach. No pets. Little Gem

Always love Carpinteria…the quaintness, the people, the vibe. We come here often since my Mom lives in Santa Barbara and we thoroughly enjoyed Playa’s lodging. The decor is beautifully appointed compared to other rentals, they stock everything you need, the gas fireplace was great!! Location, location, location is perfect!! Thank you Linda for the quick responses to my questions!! You are a pleasure.

Beautiful Condo by the beach

This was second time we stayed at this condo complex. Stay was perfect both times. It is modern, clean with everything functional and easy to understand instructions. Loved the patio with the fire pit and the location less than a block away from beautiful beach and lots of choices for hikes/walks near the sea. Very close to cute town of Carpinteria and lots of great restaurant choices.

Great find!

Clean, modern and great location. Loved the fire fit and outdoor space. Property came with everything we needed. Space was a bit small for 2 adults and a toddler but that was our error versus what was advertised. Would stay here again!

Great spot!

Great spot with nice amenities just a block from the beach. Had some awkwardness actually finding it, as the listing showed a different address, but Linda was responsive and we resolved it easily enough. Would definitely revisit!

Brand new plush condo close to everything. Easy one block walk to beach and short walk to restaurants and shopping. Loved the fire pit on nice front patio. Just a very nice and relaxing place. just what any beach lover would like.

Great Place!!

Darling place, very clean, and very safe. Would definitely recommend to anyone. My only hesitation is that it is listed as being able to accommodate 4. It would be very tight with 4 adults but perfect for a family with 2 children. Great Place!!

Clean & Close to Everything!

This was a very clean and tidy home. Recently renovated and perfect for our small family (2 adults and 2 kids). Our girls are ages 1 & 3 so they bunked up in the living room. We needed extra shampoo and conditioner and the property management company provided ASAP. Great place!

Great location, love the patio!

Our family of four had a wonderful stay here, the condo is very well appointed and the location is exceptional - steps to the beach and to the shops and restaurants in charming Carpinteria. We especially loved hanging out on the patio with the firepit - kept us warm even in winter. Thank you!

Great Location!

The location of this property couldn't be better! We(family of 4) stayed here for 2 days over Christmas. The interior is beautiful & very well done. Wifi & cable, great fire pit on the porch and steps from the beach!! The only negative is we stayed here Christmas night, bought a great meal to cook but we lost power for almost 3 hours during dinner. So needless to say we were not able to have Christmas dinner. I contacted the management & she after saying she didn't know there was a power outage but lives 5 minutes away, offered to buy us dinner on our next visit. We spent top doller to stay here. In my opinion that is unacceptable. So you will probably have a wonderful time if the power never goes out=)

A little jewel in Carpinteria

This was our second stay at wonderful Playa Villas. The units are immaculate, beds are comfortable, the kitchen pretty well equipped, and internet and TV options great. Large marble bath....but our overall favorite part is the individual, private patio with teak furniture and fabulous firepit. Sitting out here for breakfast, coctails or while barbequeing is outstanding. The location is great....a block from the beach and an easy walk into town and several great restaurants. The units also have beach chairs and umbrella. We'll be back again!
