Charming ground-floor studio for 4 guests, featuring air conditioning, sound and thermal insulation, double glazing, and electric shutters. A large west-facing bay window fills the space with natural light.



Located close to the town center, a large free parking lot, shops, public transport, the sea, and beaches, you can enjoy your stay without needing a car. The studio is in a quiet cul-de-sac.



Ideal for couples, with or without children.



Sleeping area: 1 double bed, 1 double sofa bed, fan, TV, wardrobe, closet, air conditioner, and a travel cot.



Fully equipped kitchen area: sink, cooktop, microwave, fridge, washing machine, and dishes.



Separate bathroom: shower, sink, and toilet.



Outside: stone barbecue.
