Family vacation on the Cote d’ Azure

The property is large and beautiful in so many ways. It was beyond our expectations and even the lovely photos do not do it justice. There are three separate outdoor areas: the beautiful front entry way where we played pétanque and ping pong, the pool area with the summer house where we sometimes had dinner and grilled over an open fire and the gorgeous back garden with a patio dining area where we ate most of our meals. The house is large, charming and beautifully decorated while the outside gardens are full of beautiful and interesting plants and trees all very well maintained. The location was perfect for us with easy access to various beaches and other attractions. We highly recommend it and would go back again. The host and owner , Madam Sylvia, was very accommodating and lives nearby if you need her. We are American but lived in France and Italy for many years so it was easy for us to get around and experience the joy, beauty ,foods and wine of the south of France. We miss our stay already and would love to go back and stay at this property.

I will return to this villa even without the Rugby incentive - did not even get the chance to explor

The accommodation was exactly as advertised- our hostess was there when we arrived at the villa - an hour late- flight delay Lovely lady- reminded me of my grandmother and twice as as friendly - I would very like to be a return guest.

In a beautiful surroundings this traditional villa. It was perfect to relax with friends and family . The pool was a great extra to enjoy with the wonderful temperatures . The property was well maintained and had all the facilities you needed. The owner was very welcoming and accommodating when you needed her. I would certainly go back again and recommend to friends and family. The location is central for visiting places such as Monaco, Nice, Cassis and Hyeres which all have wonderful ports and restaurants.

Nous avons passé un week-end exceptionnel dans cette maison, parfaite pour accueillir famille et amis. Spacieuse et bien équipée, avec deux cuisines, trois salles de bain et quatre chambres disponibles (une cinquième en supplément), elle a parfaitement répondu à nos attentes pour célébrer un mariage en petit comité. L’extérieur, très agréable, a également contribué à la réussite de notre séjour. Un grand merci à Sylvia pour sa disponibilité et sa réactivité : ses réponses rapides ont rendu l’organisation simple et sereine. Nous repartons vraiment très satisfaits !Petit bémol : il serait utile de mettre à jour l’annonce pour préciser clairement le nombre de chambres incluses dans la location, ainsi que le fait que les frais de ménage ne sont pas compris.

Sehr freundliche Vermieterin, wir haben uns alle rundum wohl gefühlt. Ferienhaus sehr gepflegt, toller Garten und Pool. Alles genauso wie auf den Bildern. Können diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Wir reisten mit Wohnwagen, 2 PKW und 2 Wohnmobilen an, die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und half uns gerne die Parksituation zu lösen.

Un pure moment de detente!

Le sejour a été à la hauteur de nos esperances!Nous y avons sejourné en famille. La maison est très bien équipée, spacieuse et magnifique. Le jardin tropicale et la piscine sont juste magiques. Bien situé a 15mn des plages et au calme. L'hote est tres arrangeante sur les horaires d'arrivee. Elle réside juste a côté ce qui la rend tres disponible si vous rencontrez des difficultés. Seul petit "hic", nous n'avions pas compris l'annonce. Si vous réservez pour 12, il vous faudra rajouter un supplément pour la chambre extérieure (a rajouter au tarif annoncé par Abritel). Heureusement, sur ce sujet aussi l'hote a ete tres arrangeante. Possibilité de bénéficier d'un forfait menage.Mon oncle a pu stationner sur place de manière autonome sans frais supplémentaires. Merci beaucoup pour ça! Petit plus, le camion de pizza pas tres loin est excellent. Je recommande sans hesiter cette location.

Alles was fantastisch, de gastvrouw Silvia had aan alles gedacht. De ruimtes waren groter dan je zo op de foto’s ziet. Schoon, ruim en heel lekker schoon zwembad. We hadden de bijkeuken en de logde erbij gehuurd. Ideaal, een volwaardige keuken met handige grote koelkast. Ik kan nog een tijdje doorgaan.. Bedankt Sylvia, we komen zeker terug!

Nous avons passé quelques jours dans la magnifique maison de Sylvia. Tout s'est déroulé de manière facile et naturelle, dès notre arrivée jusqu'à notre départ. Sylvia est toujours réactive en cas de besoin. La maison et l'extérieur sont conformes aux photos, mais sur place c'est encore plus "wuuua". Il ne manquait rien, cuisine bien fournie, chambres et salles de bain également. Nous avons vraiment beaucoup apprécié ce séjour.

Traumhafter Garten zum Seele baumeln lassen

Gerade der Außenbereich des Objektes ist ein Traum: Uneinsehbar, grün, tolle Abendbeleuchtung, wunderschöne Pflanzen und Palmen, schattige Bereiche.... große Pool-Landschaft. Eine richtige Oase! Wir waren insgesamt zu 6 Personen im Haus. Es gibt 4 Schlafzimmer und 3 Bäder sowie ein zusätzliches WC. Daneben kann man noch das liebevoll gestaltete Gartenhaus anmieten. Sylvia, die Eigentümerin ist stets in der Nähe und in wenigen Minuten ansprechbar, falls erforderlich. Wir haben eine wunderschöne Zeit verbracht und können dieses Objekt empfehlen
