“We had an amazing visit! Our apartment was beautifully equipped and was in an unbelievable location! Everything was walkable and the people in the area were incredibly friendly. We loved hanging out in our apartment and the common areas. We will definitely use Barsala again in other cities - they were phenomenal with our customer service and the place was a 10 out of 10!!!”

“Couldn’t give a zero. I walked in and saw how bad it was, walked out and gave the key back to the front desk. I’ve never stayed in the ghetto but this “suite” is a great example…. Drawer faces in the kitchen were missing, furniture was nasty, the room smelled bad.. the pictures were false advertising. The refund ability was also false advertising. I asked for a refund 8/13 immediately after I saw it. Advertised as 100% 8/13 and 50% 8/14. Refund was refused VRBO agent said nothing she……

“Everything about this stay was amazing - I truly one of the best places I’ve ever stayed! The home had everything we needed, so much so that we didn’t even feel the need to go out yesterday. “My family of 11 had a wonderful stay here for my fiancé's birthday. The house was clean and comfortable and there was lots to do nice and close. We went to Raleigh improv, RushHour Karting, the Alamo theater, and had to make a stop at torchy's. Our toddler niece loved the house and was obsessed with the games and making smores. She didn't want to leave. Can't be more grateful for our comfortable stay here! ”

“We were in town for a long weekend for a wedding. Home was as pictured and described! Host was quick to respond to a qlitch that was no fault of his and communication was excellent. Check-in was seamless. Home was well stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. Super clean throughout. We've stayed in home rentals throughout the country and world. This is one of, if not the best, of homes we've stayed in. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others as well.……
