"Clean and very nice hotel, beds were super comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful, and accommodating of our needs and requests. The location was great for us, as we were cruising from the port adjacent to the hotel. The only negative for us was the lack of a lower priced option for breakfast we ended up at a nearby coffee house, within walking distance, and it was a good experience."

"We have visited several hotels in Puerto Rico and this is by far the best one. The pool area and activities within it were awesome! The beach area was absolutely beautiful and the staff made sure that everyone had chairs and umbrellas. The onsite beachside restaurant was great as well. There was no need to leave the resort! Highly recommend! 🏝️"

"I had some issues with my first room, but I was able to talk to the house keeping supervisor and she was able to accommodate us ina wonderful room so god bless her very professional and knowledgeable, but the front desk staff no hospitality training, unprofessional at one point around 8 pm i call the front desk and no one answered the phone today i tried to make a review and the young lady in the front desk don't know how to answer the phone and refuse to identify her self and kept me on the phone for half a hour around 9.53 pm October 2 2025 it not hard to find out who she was who ever is her supervisor, so for house keeping i give them 10 stars for front desk and hospitality training - 10 🌟 "
