「100% recomended」

「Exelente」

「Everyone we met from the front desk to the waitstaff were friendly, helpful and genuine. The downside to this hotel is that it needs desperately to be updated. Our room had staining issues with furniture and ripped rugs, among other things, that really dated the room. The breakfast in the morning was excellent, and the food from outside at the pool, and inside for dinner was great. Would be nice to have a bit more variety on both menus. The pool area is great, and size of the siute was nice.」

「Muy amables los empleados.」

「I requested housekeeping several times and not one time did they clean our room or even give us towels. The hallway on the 3rd flor smelled musty.」

「good」

「Very good location. Easy to walk to the good restaurants. 」

「We experienced the following issues with the room: 1. There was no hot water. 2. The television was not working. 3. The air conditioner would stop cooling and made unusual noises.」
