“La estadía fue buena, pues solo nos hospedamos por 1 noche ya que queríamos usar los (2) jet ski en el área. La habitación estaba limpia al igual su baño, tiene neverita y aire acondicionado. Cuentan con estacionamiento y rampa. Tuvimos que pagar adicional el uso de la rampa para los jet ski y cobran $30 por cada jet ski; no por reserva. El costo fue algo alto ya que la rampa no cuenta con buenas instalaciones. El personal fue amable pero deberían adiestrar más a sus empleadas sobre todo en……

“Bad customer service (horrible, it’s through a phone line and no one is near the hotel). . TV controller didn’t worked. Very difficult to understand how to get to the lobby. Place is not secured, any guest can lock the lobby from the inside and you will remain outside until someone comes out. I clearly hear the room outside. The fridges are shared with the whole hotel. ”

“Disappointing! The room got flooded every night and there was a puddle half way across the room. We informed the staff and they didn't care. We had to put towels down and clean it ourselves every day. The curtains were moldy and it smelled. Don't be fooled by beach resort-you cannot go on the beach or swim there, too dangerous. Very misleading. Make sure you pay for everything when you get it and don't do a room charge because they will add things on, we caught them a few times and they……
