「Quaint small hotel but rooms weee big. Clean, modern and best central location to everything in old Adan Juan. 2 blocks from pier, two blocks from the Moro, shopping and restaurants. Ate at Cafe el Pubti and the food could not have been any better with very decent prices. Exceptional. We parked at the big parking station for $24 from 6 overnight till check out 3 blocks away」

「It is in the heart of Old San Juan. Hard to find a place so convenient to walk in the city. Only thing bothering me is it is so hard to parking in holiday season. I didn't find anywhere as parking lots nearby are closed 」

「J’ai séjourné 4 nuits La 2 e journée la chambre n’avait pas été faite J’ai texté l’employé car il n’y a jamais personne à la réception. J’ai demandé de faire la chambre.Le lendemain la 3 e journée la chambre n’a pas été faite Je suis allé a la reception me plaindre car enfin un être humain. La préposée a écris une note dans son ordi.La 4 e journée même situation et je me suis encore plaint.Dans tout mon séjour ils n’ont jamais nettoyé ma chambre , pas de serviette propre. En plus pas d’eau...

「Our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. We were given our room almost an hour after the official check-in time, which was extremely inconvenient. During our stay, there were recurring issues with the water service; at times there was no water at all, and hot water was unavailable as well.The parking area was also in poor condition and did not appear to be properly maintained. Overall, the service and facilities did not meet our expectations, and the lack of basic amenities...

「The room was clean and small (we knew that going into it). The staff was responsive and communicative. The WiFi was okay- worked most of the time. The AC was amazing. We were on the third floor which was quite a hike but we knew that going into it. They provided beach towels and luggage storage after our stay which was super helpful!」

「My only opinion is that the restaurant's prices are high, so be prepared.」
