「Un lugar espacioso, limpio, muy bonito y comodo. Estuvimos la casa solo para 2 personas. Al rededor no es de mucho ambiente a distancia caminando. Pero el lugar es muy acogedor」

「The room was clean. The staff were so nice. The WiFi and AC were great. This was my first hostel experience and as a trans masc person I was pretty nervous but the staff and environment was lovely! The only thing that irritated me was that we didn’t stay there long enough! My partner and I stayed in San Juan afterwards and we were constantly wishing we were back at the hostel!!! Gracias」

「The room was ok. Air conditioner worked well. The bathroom needs upgrading and there was no hot water for showering. I contacted them and was told they were sending someone to fix it and it wasn’t fixed. I left a day early and had to book a hotel elsewhere because I just couldn’t take having to shower in cold water for another day. I contacted them again and asked for compensation and they offered me a discount for my next reservation with them; as if after this experience I would want to...

「Easy to get there and get it. Close to downtown and plenty to do around and explore. Perfect for a quick getaway.」

「The staff was great. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The place is not very well maintained. Mosquitoes ripped me to shreds in the bathroom and bedroom. There were roaches in the bathroom at night. The bed was not very comfortable. Although the staff was great, I would not stay here again. 」
