No beach view. We found the place under construction. We asked for a bottle of water or even a glass of water. Nothing available. What kind of establishment can not offer their clients even a glass of water. They instead offered us two small bottles of juice and charged us over $8.00 US. Never again. We asked for partial payment of $285. Canadian to be reimbursed, did not happen.

The property was close to beaches and food which was very convenient. But in the first day of arrival the room was not cleaned properly, it took them a day and a half to comeback and clean the room. In that moment we were gone from the room enjoying activities to when we arrived back we noticed nothing was touched still. We had to step out of the room after being gone half the day, tired and ready to be clean. After that was taken care of the hotel was OKAY!! But the day before leaving one of the ladies at the front desk had housekeeping enter our room with of any acknowledgment or notice. I was very unsettled by the whole thing because of the fact that I would prefer to put away my personal belongings. But yea they entered in the room with any verbal request or the sign being on the door. I personally would not recommend this place. This was supposed to be a relaxing time for me and my husband for our anniversary and the moment we arrived it was a nightmare. Oh one more thing after my husband noticed the previous reviews before arriving we tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and still stay there, so my husband called 4 times to make sure everything was okay with our room !! The A/C was not working causing us to wait for someone to come to the property and fix it, plus the cleanliness was poor!!!

Stayed here for 3 nights and it was great, absolutely no complaints at all. The staff at the desk were extremely nice, spoke English well, and were able to recommend me a few good spots. Room was on the smaller size, however I was alone and also gone most of the day anyways so it didn't matter. No complaints within the room and it was clean. No problems with noise. I would definitely stay here again!

Hotel staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. They were willing to assist and answer questions each and every time. Hotel was very close to many restaurants (6/7 mins max walking). Rooms are extremely small and the bathroom is a very tight squeeze.

All of the above! Hotel is under major construction. The towels and bedding are grey and worn needs to be disposed of. No cups glass or plastic in the room or available at the desk. Sink was missing the stopper and drain was encased in a ring of rust. Don’t even get me started re the shower - the mold on the shower curtain was disgusting!! The window was caked in dirt would open the shade due to the filth. The location was okay. I would suggest you remove this property from your listings until the new management gets it together. I rate our stay and the recommendation from Expedia as a -1. I’m not not requesting a full refund but this place is deplorable!
