“Spacious and central, right in the middle of the action in San Juan. The place is large, with a little kitchenette equipped with a fridge, a toaster, a microwave, a kettle and a few other bits but no hobs. The place was quite clean but not fully. The balcony is huge and a nice touch. There are a few things that made the stay uncomfortable. The elevator was broken, so I had to carry my suitcase up alone around 4-5 flights of stairs. “They did not send me my unit number or my access code to get into the unit until two hours before my flight was to depart. I will be filing a claim with Expedia because even Expedia felt that that was not a proper protocol so they ended up having to rebook me a room these people and even Expedia once they looked through the records they sold it. They had actually did this once before that I was actually only their second confirmed booking so I would not advise anyone to book with this place……

“Parking can be a challenge due to popularity of the banquet facilities. Teenagers will have an amazing time. Lots of activities for them to do! Area is nice. Beach is not very large, but accommodating for small groups. Food is good. Guest services nice. Go off the resort to Calle 6.”
