★ San Juan is a special place in the capital of San Juan that has best gastronomical, near by active nightlife in all our lisintgs sorundings noise as well and blue beaches minutes away.
★ We love our neighborhood and respect them as well, so its very important that music systems are not allowed at the property. They have smart tv and you can play music from them, if you need any request of services request to Host, they will provide and guide you in any way to have a unique experience. Any external services are prohibited. There is a fine of $900 per day if any terms or house rules agreement are breached. We have a very strict smoking policy, please refrain from smoking inside our property.

You will love our location's and will have a unique experience!

Getting Around:
There is free street parking in the soroundings but its mostly crowded by Marriot, Vanderbilt & Caribe Hilton Hotel employees knowing this is a great location for the best hotels brand for tourism. There is also a private parking around the block and in the same street as well. Uber & Taxi its best transportation, you will always find a parking at street for free in a near by location!

Other Things to Note:
★ Extra towels & linen has a cost depending in amount requested, before requesting ask for pricing, is paid in cash at front desk you will need to swap as well the one we provided at the begining of the reservation. Please remember towels and linen are only for the use in the property and if they get stain they will be a charge of the items of replacement for overhead, shipping and delivery for $80 dollars per item and the water presure in all our apartments are normal not high presured.

Parties, loud music or noise, and smoking are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Please be respectful of your noise level during quiet hours. Our neighbors live here full-time, and we work hard to maintain good relationships with them. Our home is equipped with NoiseAware, which measures sound levels and alerts us if things are too loud so we can give you a heads-up. NoiseAware does not record content; it only measures noise levels, so your privacy is 100% guaranteed.

Property is not at all as advertised

The owner/manager is not responsive - we needed to get the VRBO customer service attention in order to get a reply for the check in.The bathroom was terrible - not enough water pressure to flash be toilet, the shower was either scalding or cold, and the shower are was stinky and moldy.The towels were little more than handkerchiefs and smelly.There was no vacuum cleaner provided to vacuum the fllors. We had to use their moldy and smelly mop to clean the floors.The air conditioner was very noisy and either would cool too much of leave the appartment hot.There was no parking available as we were told - instead there was street parking with no availability and parking around the property we raked more than 500 parking tickets.Please don't rent this place. You will regret it as us did for paying over CAN4000 for 5 terrible nights.

Great Condo. Not so great host.

I chose this property for the early check-in and/or luggage storage. These amenities we’re definitely false advertisement. The host did not respond to emails. There was no phone number listed anywhere. I called VRBO. The host did not respond to them either. VRBO gave me two different phone numbers for the host. No answer to repeats calls or texts for early check-in and/or luggage storage. I stood in the pouring rain: torrential downpours for hours. The main reason for choosing this condo was specifically for bag storage. We know our flight from Philly landed hours before check in. So this was a major deciding factor in the place we rented. Automated email came through at 3:00pm with the key code. The condo is on the 6th floor. Elevator was down. We were soaking wet and had to carry all of our luggage up 6 flights of stairs. Neighbors told us it’s been an ongoing issue for 3 weeks. Again, no communication for the host to give us a heads up. Once inside, the condo was clean. Great location. We were given two bath towels, one each for our stay. Don’t use them for anything else, or there is a fee. No bath mat, so your options are to use one of the towels on the floor to collect the water dripping from your body, or leave a puddles of water in the bathroom. No beach chairs and no cooler for this beachfront property. So either buy them and throw them away, or pay to fly them down. Overall, the condo was good. Great location. Nice views. Pros: 1. Clever interior design. Nice décor. 2. Great location! Half a block from the beach with ocean views. Cons: 1. Entry was ridiculously stressful! Didn’t have to be. Owner gave us a street and building number. We arrived at the street at night (after a long flight) only to find that none of the buildings on the block have street numbers! Which was our building? Who knows? Owner said look for grey master lock box outside building…key will be inside. We see a gate (all buildings on street are gated) with literally 30 grey master lock boxes hung outside on the gate! Which one is ours? Who knows? We start entering the code we were given on all 30 lock boxes. None of them work! We are exhausted. We call the company. Message goes straight to voice mail. We are about to give up and look for a hotel when a neighbor walking his dog happens by. We talk. He says why don’t you try two buildings down…there is another group of lock boxes (which we did not see because there were only four or five clustered there and it was dark). We try the code and on the third one, Eureka! But really…. was this stress necessary? We have lived in other places (Tokyo, Cairo) where buildings often lack street numbers. The norm there is to DESCRIBE the building….third from the corner, or building with 10 stories and a yellow gate, etc .etc. No problem. After we entered we saw that the building had a name on it (as do the other buildings on the street…Bel Air, Garden by the Sea, that sort of thing). We had not noticed our building’s name in the dark. Had the owner said, look for building third from the end of the block, six stories high , opposite the tall x storied one named “y”,…we would have found it, no problem. Or how about just putting a number over the entry gate? Problem solved! Would also help to put an apt. number or at least an identifying decal on the master lock box so one could find it without having to try three or four (or thirty). These solutions are so easy I can’t understand why a professional rental service would not employ them. 2. Interior needs some renewal Shower handle was broken and water pressure was barely a dribble. Couch in living room was badly stained., Drawers in kitchen stuck. Etc. Nothing that was a total deal breaker. But owners should invest a little TLC to bring the apartment back to better condition (as shown in the VRBO pictures). 3. Parking slot is so narrow that it can only accommodate a sub-compact

Great location, good apartment, problematic building

This property is desirable for two reasons: (1) it's within a 60 second to 3 minute walk from two amazing beaches and (2) the view is awesome (even if 45 degrees of it is blocked by a somewhat ugly buildings). The property manager was great in providing us access to the apartment efficiently and in promptly cleaning up a bit of a flood caused when rain water came into the apartment beneath the closed windows' and doors' frames. Given that the bathroom and shower are both behind clear glass doors, the apartment is not suitable for some groups (but perhaps enticing to others). Because the window curtains allow lots of early morning light and the air conditioners are loud we used eye blinds and ear plugs. The parking spot is very narrow, not appropriate for a vehicle larger than our compact car (which barely fit). In summary, despite its great location, the nuisances described above (and others related to neighbors, etc.) led to our sense of disappointment and at times frustration.

Insufficient instructions to access the building

I had booked a three night stay. I had instructions to get into the unit but NOT the building. I alerted the owner that I was arriving on a late-evening flight. When I got to the property I could not access the building. I had to go to a hotel.
