“Friendly staff and great location right in the heart of Old San Juan. Despite what Hotels.com says you dont need to wait for an email from the hotel or arrange anything with them ahead of time. The front task is staffed 24/7 and they were wonderful. This place is about a 10 minute walk to the cruise port (although beware, there are 2 cruise ports in San Juan). Would definitely stay here again. Great value!”

“We really enjoyed our stay at the Decanter Hotel. It was very close to everything in Old San Juan, the staff was very friendly and helpful. They really went out of their way to help us feel right at home and made great recommendations for things for us to do and restaurants to eat at during the holidays.
The hotel was a traditional feeling hotel. Our room was big and had a wonderful balcony overlooking the street. It was a great space!
We definitely recommend the Decanter for a wonderful……
