Not for us. Noisy at night with bars, clubs, and drunk people, sometimes within the locked, gated premises. Very steep ladder to bed in loft. My wife had to sleep on the sofa couch below because she was not comfortable on the ladder. Although initial correspondence from the manager was good, there was no follow-up to address our concerns. Apparently, after speaking with other arriving guests, this was their experience as well. On the plus side, if none of the aforementioned issues is of concern, the location in Sn Juan Antigua is very walkable to most of the area.

Everything is within walking distance. The room was amazing. Best sleep I’ve had in a while. The air conditioning worked amazingly and I felt safe the whole time I was there.

The staff were veré attentive and clear about instructions this is the perfect location near Calle fortaleza and all the tourist spots I absolutely loved my stay and would definitely recommend!

Pros: right downtown. Great water pressure in the shower. Hot water. Not expensive. Good a/c. You get what you pay for. Cons: The bathroom is VERY small, so if you are tall you will need to sit sideways to use the toilet. Can get loud at night because right un downtown Old San Juan, but they do provide ear plugs.

Communication was great; when they found out we were arriving early they had the room ready ahead of schedule. You’re in the heart of old San Juan and walking distance to everything. Nice vibe, surrounded by restaurants and bars.

Die Zimmer sind über eine sehr schmale Treppe miteinander verbunden und es gibt keine Tür. Der Balkon war abgeschlossen und trotzdem hört man durch ihn leider die Leute auf der Straße reden. Da die Unterkunft in einer Bar- und Partystraße liegt, ist es nachts ziemlich laut. Außerdem kann man nicht lüften. Wir hatten zudem Probleme mit der Toilettenspülung und nur an einem Abend heißes Wasser.

This place was listed as a hotel that’s not what it seemed to be. I thought it would have a front desk to check-in when I arrived. There was a code for the front gate which I did not have. Someone just so happened to be coming out and let me in, but I couldn't figure out how to get in any rooms because no one was there. Another man came by and said he had a room there as well. I let him in the gate and he was able to call the lady to help me get inside my room. I had no idea she said me an email with the instructions for the code to the gate and to get inside my room because I had no internet service. She was very helpful though after she arrived and was very polite. I didn't realize how tiny and awkward the room and bathroom would be though. Attic like stairs to get to the bedroom upstairs was aggravating. There was also I sign saying to not flush toilet paper down the toilet and take out our trash before checking out. I stayed there for the 2 nights before my 7 day cruise and had reservations to stay one more night after my cruise, but I canceled that because I did not want to stay there any longer.
