Very clean rooms, downfall, the shower stalls have no where to put your shower toiletries,front desk staff was super friendly, however the maid service although good the language barrier was difficult. Overall not terrible, just very compact. Ohh the beds are very comfortable like sleeping on a cloud! 10/10 for the bed.

Armas hotel was a great place to stay before and after our cruise. It’s located in a great spot in old San Juan making the area 100% walkable. Great restaurants, fun open air bars lots of sites to see. I would definitely stay there again.

We literally had the best experience here. It’s a typical Old San Juan building but it is very up-kept. Super clean, the staff was super friendly. AC was very cold, bed was really comfortable. Located centrally. Stay here. Seriously!

Awesome location! Easily walkable to restaurants, two forts, and the governors mansions. The front desk guy was very nice and stored our luggage after we disembarked off the cruise ship at 7:30 am. He made great suggestions on food an attractions for us until our room was ready, which was ready 2 hours prior to check in. We def would stay here again.

The balcony suite that overlooks the park is terrible. It has doors instead of windows. They do not seal properly and the street noises are in your room. I may as well have, put a mattress on the sidewalk. I got no rest at all.

The staff is wonderful, the place is dated but clean. Its in a good location for walking in Old Town. Do not get a "suite" or any other room with an open window or balcony if you want to sleep at all. Also dont plan to enjoy a shower unless you like corner micro showers circa 1970's mobile home. The people and location make the place just dont waste money on the "suite" or room with a window and adjust your expectations for Motel type towels etc. The street noise is constant and lasted almost all night. We were disappointed to stay a night before our cruise and get no sleep.

Really enjoyed our stay at The Armas, fantastic location in Old San Juan. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Shopkeeper Mason was super helpful, even provided us all kinds of ideas and locations to visit during our stay!! If your near the hotel stop by his shop, you won't be disappointed!!

I booked hotel Armas for our short vacation trip, where me and my husband had a wonderful experience !!! Our room was clean, spacious with beautiful balconies that are looking down right on the plaza Da Armas, of our favorite Isla, which is still beautiful! Their stuff is amazing, customer service is excellent, atmosphere is inviting and welcoming! I will be happy to come back and gladly recommended hotel Armas as wonderful stay!

This hotel was nice. I appreciated the room and the air conditioning, having a bathroom was great as well! The walls must be super thin because you can hear everything, they are aware of that because they do provide ear plugs and eye masks for any light. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
