“It is in the heart of Old San Juan. Hard to find a place so convenient to walk in the city. Only thing bothering me is it is so hard to parking in holiday season. I didn't find anywhere as parking lots nearby are closed ”

“Our experience at the Armas was wonderful! The location was perfect and close to all the nearby shopping and restaurants. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We had no complaints and only positive experiences. Highly recommend! The shop right by the lobby has the best prices in town for all souvenirs, concessions, snacks, and the owner was so friendly. There is also a connected photobooth studio as well.”

“The place itself is fantastic! It is close to Old San Juan and all of its historical spots and landmarks. The hotel is clean, safe, and even luxurious for the price. A winebar/restaurant is next door, connected to the hotel for added convenience. The ONLY reason I do not give it 5 stars (for Reference, i stayed one night) is that the staff is not readily available at the front desk. However, they have a sign to reach them directly thru WhatsApp and they are very responsive when you send them……

“Great place to stay if you like bar hopping and its in the heart of old san juan easy acccess to tourist places . my only con is the stairs and how unmaintained the walls are granting its an old building. also too much noise outside the rooms from other people coming from the bars 10pm to 3 pm expect loud noises.”

“Wonderful hotel in old San Juan. Historic building right in the historic district with easy walking access to main sites, forts, etc. The rooms are large with lots of character. Breakfast was excellent. Pool was small but very nice with a good view of the city and port. Beds were very comfortable and staff were helpful and kind. Really enjoyed our stay!”
