Oh where to begin…. I’ve stayed in MANY, MANY places in Old San Juan & Condado & this place was hands down the biggest disappointment. We arrived to find NOBODY to help us check-in which would’ve been fine had we any clue what room we belonged in. The poor housekeeper spoke ZERO English, again, that’s fine as I don’t expect everyone to but c’mon… so we stood around until the poor housekeeper made a call to the manager, owner? Got our info & found the room. Ok s..t happens, we moved on from it. Now here’s where you might want to pay attention.
DO YOU LIKE SLEEP? Like, maybe even just a few hours of uninterrupted by loud ass ppl that sound like they’re actually IN your room? Then pick another place for this reason alone, OMG the noise level was off the charts. The place echoes, the doors have gaps so large my husband told me he can see right into the room so “don’t undress in here, use the bathroom”. Speaking of the bathroom, do you like hot showers? Do you like lukewarm showers that last 3 minutes? Do you expect to be able to get a cell signal to be able to call & receive calls/texts? So there IS a TV but good luck getting a signal. Wanna know just how bad the place is, WE CHECKED OUT EARLY & went to another place. I was told I’d be refunded but no surprise, that didn’t happen. Do yourself a favor and pick another place!!!
