「Overall my family and I really enjoyed our stay! The communication between us and the host was spectacular. We had a few questions throughout the week and were always answered in a prompt manner. Ahead of time we were told the pool was not available but got access to another pool that was in walking distance and got reimbursed for the pass immediately. Definitely recommend for a family or group of friends to enjoy this spot! 」

「The entire experience was excellent. I want to particularly mention Mike P. who was our waiter on the first night. He said he didn’t usually work in the restaurant but he did an excellent job explaining the dishes and was very attentive. 」

「The entire staff was welcoming and friendly. Throughout the common areas they had soothing aroma therapy. The room was large and well decorated, lighting was very adjustable, bed was incredibly comfortable and the rainfall shower was fantastic. The 2nd floor heated pool near the bar is a nice plus, as are the chairs, towels, and drink service at the beach. We also visited the rooftop restaurant which was a bit pricy but had a good vibe and tasty food. Did I mention it's also right on the beach?...

I accidentally booked for the wrong dates and the host was able to change our dates which we were so incredibly grateful! We can’t wait to stay here again!」

「总体来说非常一般，首先酒店规定的入住时间是下午四点，但当我们五点多到酒店的时候房间竟然还没有好，又等了半个多小时一直到快六点房间才好。酒店宣传的各种服务也完全没有踪影，没有接机服务，泳池到下午四五点就没有浴巾可以用了，酒店内有赌场和night club，整体环境不是特别适合家庭，房间服务也很差，加床被子打了好几个电话，在这种服务条件下酒店竟然要收20%的服务费。我们订的房间是800多美元一晚，加上服务费将近一千一晚，这个价钱完全可以有很多更好的选择。另外酒店房间也非常一般，不隔音，装修材料差，房间小，酒店地址离机场太近，晚上安静的时候可以听见飞机起降，对睡眠质量不好的人来说就是噩梦。」
