The hotel was nicer inside than the outside. We were glad they let us check in earlier, though the process is slow since they only have one person working at a time. The room was clean but on the smaller side, we were ok with two small carry ons but any bigger wouldn’t fit. We had to put down at least 3 towels to avoid the room from flooding from the shower which wasn’t the best. When we called about it we were told that’s what happens. We had trouble with the safe which delayed us two days in a row. Breakfast was not worth it. The pool was nice, and the beach was close, but you do have to cross a pedestrian bridge. The best part of the hotel is the restaurant, Laut, I cannot recommend it enough. Overall, hotel was ok, close to the airport and a calm and beautiful beach but wouldn't stay again.

The hotel is situated on a six lane freeway. The walk to the beach is absolutely painful. Pool area is very nice. Rooms are very cramped and no closet space. The shower is literally in the room and you have no privacy.

stayed here just for a night but found everything to be beautiful, safe, and an overall great experience. I arrived injured, and the staff went out of their way to make me feel safe and comfortable. The hotel is absolutely beautiful!

Our room was on the smaller side, but comfortable! The decor was great and reinforced the idea that we were "away." We enjoyed the various outdoor areas, pool, and on site bar. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed our walk our short walk to the beach each day because the pedestrian over path provides a lovely view toward the mountains. The breakfast was well stocked and fresh each morning. Our time at Bali Hotel was relaxing and refreshing!

All of the staff we encountered were warm and friendly. Over all the property has a nice ambient vibe, which was a little misleading because we could hear everything outside our room. The room was cozy, but humid, even with the ac running…and the bathroom towels were scratchy! They do offer a continental breakfast everyday with a generous selection. I would highly suggest providing big fluffy robes/ slippers for the guests at a Bali Posh resort.

Realmente ha sido uno de los mejores Hoteles donde me he hospedado, primero que al ser PLATINUM en Expedia pues me hicieron el upgrade de habitación y me dieron una frente a la piscina la cual estaba bellisima y super amplia, todo el entorno del hotel es hermoso, desde la recepción hasta el restaurant para el desayuno, algo importante es lo amplio que es, dentro tiene uno de los mejores restaurant de Puerto Rico, Realmente es de Gala, ademas Bar frente a la piscina. Lo recomiendo al 100%

Clean, great food and drinks. Bartender was great. This is a great place for solo travelers and couples. 5 mins from the airport so it was very convenient. Only thing is I wish they had more pool chairs.

Great location. Beach is right across the street. Once you get there you just have to show your room key and you get free chairs and umbrellas. Pool is also a nice perk. Seating is really comfortable and the pool itself was nice (water was pretty warm). The bar by the pool is convenient for drinks and bites. Room was small but nice. Breakfast each morning was pretty great. Eggs, bacon, fruit, yogurt, and bagels. Made it really easy.

Room was bare bones for the price. We were not able to get clean towels. Bar was expensive but drinks and food were good when fresh. We were slapped with extra fees when first arriving, we told Expedia(they stated they were not aware of this) and nothing was done on either end by the hotel or Expedia. The bed frame broke from purely sitting on it but it was quickly fixed by the maintenance guy. Overall not worth the price.
