“I was very disappointed with my stay at the Segovia Studio unit. The room looked nothing like the photos that were posted online. When I arrived, the walls had visible mold and the entire room had a very strong musty, moldy smell that made it uncomfortable to stay there. There was also no hot water during my stay, which made basic things like showering very difficult. “Exactly as advertised. Beautiful view from the balcony Right on the beach. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. It's nothing fancy, but perfectly fine for general purposes. Everything was in working order, and host was responsive, so really no problems, and it was a great value for the cost. The casino, restaurants, and a (high priced) grocery are right nearby, so you can make most things work without the need for an Uber or whatever. The beach was very nice, with affordable chairs/umbrella……

“Location is perfect, close to everything. Building is good and pool too. Apartment needs to be updated. Couple things was not working or in bad condition like the microwave and ceiling fan. Bedroom was ok, but the sleeping couch was in bad condition. Parking is close enough but expensive for a night and it’s very difficult to find a parking spot on the street. ”

“I had to book a last minute room. So it cost me 600 for one night it would have been fine but when we checked in the bathroom floor had some kind of sticky residue on it, as if it was not mopped after the previous person who had the room left. The with the room it self the floor was sticky. Other than lack of cleaning the floor prior to our arrival there were no other issues. The staff were friendly and helpful, check in and check was easy enough. ”

U can see the ocean and beach but not a straight view No parking unless u pay or get lucky to get road side parking witch is rare Curtains did not block the light that’s on all night. Needs blackout curtains Staff was very helpful ”
