“I really appreciated the complimentary meditation session with Ruth and we also really appreciated the helpfulness and service and overall niceness of our waiter, Louis or Lewis, at the Grill by the Pool. The pizza at your Italian restaurant was fantastic. Some of the best we have ever had, including in Naples. ”

“总体来说非常一般，首先酒店规定的入住时间是下午四点，但当我们五点多到酒店的时候房间竟然还没有好，又等了半个多小时一直到快六点房间才好。酒店宣传的各种服务也完全没有踪影，没有接机服务，泳池到下午四五点就没有浴巾可以用了，酒店内有赌场和night club，整体环境不是特别适合家庭，房间服务也很差，加床被子打了好几个电话，在这种服务条件下酒店竟然要收20%的服务费。我们订的房间是800多美元一晚，加上服务费将近一千一晚，这个价钱完全可以有很多更好的选择。另外酒店房间也非常一般，不隔音，装修材料差，房间小，酒店地址离机场太近，晚上安静的时候可以听见飞机起降，对睡眠质量不好的人来说就是噩梦。”

“Overall it's a good experience, I can honestly say that The ocean front room view is amazing and worthy of every single penny!!!!
Something I recommend is to rent a car so you can always go outside and eat in local restaurant. The restaurants inside the resort is overprice, breakfast food is good and the restaurant Nectar is good. Other restaurant is not worth it.
Besides pricey dining, staff that works in the resort are super super friendly and nice!!! Which is also boost my experience. So I……
