“We discovered this place using a day pass and fell in love with it. There is a beautiful pool with swim-up bar as well as access to a gorgeous beach (with security and attendants). We were given a free upgrade to an ocean view room but the garden view would have been lovely as well. The restaurants are top notch and the staff is uniformly friendly and helpful. This is our new go-to resort in PR.”

“Just a plan hotel. Breakfast was nothing to be stoked on, had to walk across a bridge to the beach and it was right next to the loud highway. Staff was nice, property and room was really clean. Everything else was just bland for the amount of money ”

“Honestly the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. It smelled like black mold and some staff members were rude. Too much money with 0 comolementary stuff everything was over priced to the max”

“总体来说非常一般，首先酒店规定的入住时间是下午四点，但当我们五点多到酒店的时候房间竟然还没有好，又等了半个多小时一直到快六点房间才好。酒店宣传的各种服务也完全没有踪影，没有接机服务，泳池到下午四五点就没有浴巾可以用了，酒店内有赌场和night club，整体环境不是特别适合家庭，房间服务也很差，加床被子打了好几个电话，在这种服务条件下酒店竟然要收20%的服务费。我们订的房间是800多美元一晚，加上服务费将近一千一晚，这个价钱完全可以有很多更好的选择。另外酒店房间也非常一般，不隔音，装修材料差，房间小，酒店地址离机场太近，晚上安静的时候可以听见飞机起降，对睡眠质量不好的人来说就是噩梦。”

“Overall it's a good experience, I can honestly say that The ocean front room view is amazing and worthy of every single penny!!!! Something I recommend is to rent a car so you can always go outside and eat in local restaurant. The restaurants inside the resort is overprice, breakfast food is good and the restaurant Nectar is good. Other restaurant is not worth it. Besides pricey dining, staff that works in the resort are super super friendly and nice!!! Which is also boost my experience. So I……

“Beautiful property and rooms. However, at this price we were expecting 7 star service and that was not the case. The staff at the pool/bar/restaurant seemed to be bothered when we asked for service. They mostly congregated by the towel area and checked their phones more than they us. You can get far better service in other cheaper hotels. We were hoping to lounge and be take n care of but instead we were told about a 4pm last call (not offered anything) and when the birds took half the breakfast……
