The hotel is beautiful, comfy and clean. The beach chairs and umbrellas were perfect. The Panaderia Espana is just down the street with great reasonable food. Didn't give 5 stars due our room not having a closet or anywhere to hang our clothes, it only had 3 small drawers for 2 people. Breakfast was good, but needed another toaster, there was a line to toast items. I liked having coconut to add to my yogurt. It would have been nice to know ahead of time: needed to cross busy highway, on pedestrian walkway with stairs to get to the beach.

I came here for my birthday and had a wonderful stay! The hotel is beautiful & peaceful, and I loved the pool. It has an overall nice aesthetic for taking pictures. Breakfast time was cool, liked that they played jazzy music in the background it was a great way to start the day. The room wasn’t too bad, 4 of us shared a room with 2 king beds, so it did get crowded quickly, also there was only one mirror and no closet space. I would definitely recommend more mirrors in the rooms as well as more towels for the floor especially cuz of the bathroom standing shower. There are a lot of dining options that are within walking distance and the airport is minutes away. Lastly, the staff was very helpful in accommodating with early check-in and late check-out. I’ll definitely be back!

Nice overall hotel, however need some touching up in the rooms as it lack many basic things. Was expecting a little more given the price. It was in a good location with access to the beach and also has its own pool.

Breakfast was very limited. Several days no beach towels available. No chairs available at beach. You can rent down the beach a bit. For some reason the pool was hot like a hot tub. Good place if wanting minimal service and amenities.

Very esthetic boutique hotel, small but comfy room. The front desk staff was lovely, so helpful, welcoming and gave us some great recommendations. The hotel is conveniently located near the beach, which was beautiful, restaurants, gas station etc. Breakfast was minimal but other than that I would definitely stay here again.

Overall, the stay was pleasant. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and did a great job keeping the property clean. The pool and bar area were enjoyable, and the food and drinks were solid—no complaints there 🍹 That said, the rooms are on the smaller side. We stayed in a double queen room, and space was pretty limited. There’s no full-length mirror, and only one TV, which—given the room layout—can’t be seen easily by both guests. The A/C and lamp controls are also only accessible from one side of the room, which isn’t very convenient. With a few layout adjustments—especially in the double queen rooms—this place could be much more comfortable.

Potential but falls short. Front desk staff isn’t professional. They kept everyone waiting until after check in time of 3pm before letting anyone into a ready room. Even those who paid for early check in. When our room was ready, we were given 2 white room keys with our room number written on them with dry erase marker. No paperwork, no instructions, just 2 keys that wiped off immediately. The pool is actually as hot as a hot tub so there’s no relief from the heat. The room was nice. Bed uncomfortable though. Tv kept pausing bc the internet couldn’t keep up. Twice we went to the front desk to ask about WiFi and other things and no one was there. We left after one night. We went to check out and no one was there so we left our keys. Definitely didn’t feel like a $500/night experience!

They essentially spam a check-in form you have to fill out that was incorrect compared to my Expedia reservation. I filled out the form and then there is an option for addons. I chose to pay an extra $100USD for early check-in because we were coming from a cruise ship early. We arrived at 8:30am and normal check-in is 3:00pm. I did not expect to be able to check-in that early but though maybe a bit early since I chose the addon option. At least they were fine with us sitting in the chairs out front waiting for a room. The lady at the desk told us she would call us when a room was ready. We waited for nearly 7 hours until 3:00pm (normal check-in time) and I went in to get our key. She walked by us multiple times through the day so can't pretend she forgot about us. At 3:00pm she told me that it would be a few more minutes then took several groups (5+) to their rooms that showed up long after we did. Close to 3:30pm I went back in and was noticeably aggravated so she gave us a room. We get to the room and the cleaning staff is still working on it. The floors are wet the room smelled of strong cleaner. I suspect if I had not pushed again we would have been waiting until 4:00pm or later for that room to actually be ready. I thought, lets put this behind us. Go to turn on the TV and the remote doesn't work. Called and she said she would be right up. Never showed up. Out of characters to finish the review. Never stay at this hotel again.

Rooms were kept clean. The layout was pretty, simplistic and functional! The adult only was definitely my attraction. Guests were nice and friendly. No creeps or inappropriate behaviors were noted. The atmosphere was very chilled which is much appreciated after long day of adventure. The staff was amazing! Jonathan and Lorey were the icing on the cake! They were more than helpful and pleasant. They gave awesome suggestions on things to do/explore and were just overall beautiful and nice people! My apologies for not remembering the other staff's name, but they were also wonderful. I would definitely stay there again. The only reason I didn't give a five-star was because I did have a couple of glitches beyond the staff's ability to fit (I will note that it did try and I appreciate that) the phones in the room did not work and my television did not work.

The atmosphere was good and relax. And with a reasonable price. The front desk was very helpful and nice. However the housekeeping team was not performing properly each time. Some time forgot to change towels and take the trashes. The breakfast should offer something that matched the hotel setting and price. The breakfast is tooo disappointed.

The pool, beach & aesthetics of the hotel were beautiful but there were a lot of lacking areas… Right when we got in the room we tried to put our clothes away & the drawers were all broken therefore unable to open, we also wanted to use the safe box for passports/cash which also did not work, we tried to use the phone to call the front desk or anyone and the phone didn’t work either. We then went to the front desk to let her know about these issues & she told us that the maintenance guy had left so we would have to wait til the next day. She didn’t try to accommodate or support us in any way more just tried to shoo us off. Also for our first 3 days of the stay we did not receive any housekeeping & when we finally did they never switched out any sheets or blankets just made the bed and tidied up a little. The last thing was our room had mold on the walls and smelled of mildew it was so humid and wet feeling even after we opened all the windows and turned on the A/C the bed would literally feel wet anytime we laid in it. I don’t want to be negative & i’m not usually one to leave a review like this but I just wanted to make people aware because I had seen so many tiktok’s about this hotel & how nice it was when in reality it has many issues. 4/10 wouldn’t recommend.
