Overall it's a good experience, I can honestly say that The ocean front room view is amazing and worthy of every single penny!!!! Something I recommend is to rent a car so you can always go outside and eat in local restaurant. The restaurants inside the resort is overprice, breakfast food is good and the restaurant Nectar is good. Other restaurant is not worth it. Besides pricey dining, staff that works in the resort are super super friendly and nice!!! Which is also boost my experience. So I will definitely recommend stay here for the beach view and relaxation. The ocean front view is 10/10, Hospitality is 8/10. Overall experience including room service and cleaning is like a 7.5/10. My bed sheets had some stain, and when I order room service, instead of a proper full experience room service cart, They just gave us like to go boxes and some plastic forks and spoons, I kinda was expecting a more formal luxury room service experience.

I was disappointed with my overall experience. Cleanliness could have been much better, and despite having 3 guests in the room, we constantly had to call for additional wash towels because there were never enough provided. The room also did not have a microwave, which was very inconvenient since we had food that needed reheating and ended up having to throw it away. I also paid $95 for birthday decorations that, unfortunately, did not feel worth the price for what was provided. For the amount spent on the stay and extras, I expected a much better experience and more value for my money. I could have put that money toward a different resort with more amenities, potentially even an all-inclusive option. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and considers offering a credit or discount toward a future stay to help make up for the disappointing experience. I would appreciate the opportunity to give the property another chance if these concerns could be addressed.

We had a wonderful experience at Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico! The resort is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the views are absolutely stunning. It’s a great place to unwind, enjoy the scenery, and make special memories. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone visiting Puerto Rico!

My vacation in Puerto, Rico was everything. My first time on this resort was everything. From the greeting when you first pull up to the front desk was amazing. The rooms was very clean, and excellent hospitality was great from the first day until check-out. This is a place I will definitely come and stay again.

This is our second time at this property. This time we stayed on from 6/16 checked out 6/19 room#1811. Everything was perfect. The staff is amazing from the front desk, pool staff, attendants in the front, restaurant staff and Housekeeping keep our room extra clean and fresh. If you’re looking for a clean, well trained and customer friendly staff, beautiful property with a serene environment then you should book this property. Lots of amazing restaurants, some free amenities. The drinks is amazing, food 5 stars.

The rooms were super clean along with everywhere else. You can kayak for free on the beach. The pools were nice and clean and open till 10:00am. On Saturday, there was calypso band playing near the lobby. Nectar is by far the best restaurant and the staff are super nice as well as the main lobby staff for the hotel. The Sand trap restaurant is horrendous, cheap tasting food (fries, burgers, tenders…) and the staff are super rude. Avoid it! I’ve been here multiples times and will continue to stay as it’s an amazing location.

This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. We were blessed to receive a room upgrade and our rooms were oceanfront. The rooms themselves were very well appointed and the resort itself BREATHTAKING. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and everything was just wonderful. I will definitely be visiting again. It was just what we needed for a relaxing time away from the hustle and bustle - admittedly our trip was in October which is also a slower season for the resort and the location of the resort is tucked away from the city. I will say that a car is necessary unless you plan to eat all meals on the resort, however the restaurants are a bit on the pricier side.

It’s a very big resort so be prepared to do some walking and highly recommend getting a rental and exploring the surrounding areas! Kioskios de Luquillo is nearby and lots of fun!
