Great location and facilities. We will be back. We had an issue with not receiving any instructions for check in and being unable to contact anyone from the agency. But managed to get a response via messenger. Delayed our check in by 2 hours.

Relaxing place for family holiday

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A comfortable place to stay for 4 people. Well furnished and plenty of kitchen utensils etc. Beds comfy and heater/AC worked well. Good water pressure in the shower and lots of hooks and rails for hanging things in the bathroom. Fire extinguisher, fire blanket and first aid box available if required. On arrival the kitchen floor was sticky and hadn't been cleaned properly after previous guests. Sticky enough that we mopped it ourselves. Dead cockroaches found in kitchen cupboards also. Netflix is only available if you have your own account (ie. No guest account) and the Nintendo Wii needed AA batteries. There was a cupboard filled with games, puzzles and colouring books - good for younger kids.The half court tennis court we used a lot but it was too cold to test out pool or spa. It was a convenient place to stay and walking distance to the beach. Could hear waves at night but also the guest voices in next unit as bedrooms must be sharing walls. Luckily they weren't a noisy family or loud snorers! Despite what might sound quite negative we had a great stay and the owners clearly want guests to feel welcome and at home.

The staff were very helpful at this time. We had 3 nights in the "new" unit and it was very comfortable. Clean and comfortable, and BBQ area was functional. Nice outlook onto half court tennis. Just a very enjoyable stay, with plenty of places to drive and explore.

A 3 minute walk to the beach, pool within 10metres of the front door, a Tennis court directly infront and a hill to hike out the back. Plenty of wildlife to see too.

Unit 4 you'll come back for more

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean and comfortable. Bathroom hot water good pressure, bring a roll of loo paper as not much on offer, Friday is bin day so expect a last minute call to put out the bins for them. A short walk to the foreshore and a few minutes drive to Normanville cafe and eateries likewise to the Forktree Brewery up the hill. Ingalalla Falls and Second valley a 12-14 kms drive away, worth the drive if not for the end sight then for the drive itself. WiFi strong, apps on TV and connection to sites quick and reliable, aircon warms and cools well, although quilt a bit thin for wintry bookings even with electric blankets so maybe bring an extra just in case. Kitchen facility well stocked, lounge comfy enough although pet fur or something similar noticeable on rug and surfaces, just in case of allergies. All up after several return visits have always found the unit a consistent and welcoming site for a relaxing short getaway.

I commend the property, location, presentation etc. What i was not happy with and it is my fault that there was no WIFI available. (I should have checked more closely when I booked) I suggest that is a deterrent for some people booking. Other small items I expected were soap, shampoo etc for washing and at least a dish cloth for kitchen spills. I own similar properties elsewhere and also travel to many regions. My comments are not criticisms , more like suggestions for obtaining more bookings. Thank yu.

Brilliant little place - close to the beach and perfect setup
