You'll never want to leave after arriving at this amazing property, with its light and bright interior, you'll feel refreshed and recharged, ready to get back into the swing of things after your stay.

Upon entry, downstairs is comprised of bedrooms 3 and 4, plus the main bathroom (featuring bath), laundry, and games room/kids retreat featuring table tennis and football table, sofa, and TV. Upstairs is the open plan living area which incorporates the lounge with 75inch Smart TV, dining, and spacious kitchen, from here you will enjoy wonderful views across the commanding deck and out over the trees to the ocean. The master bedroom with ensuite and walk-in wardrobe is also located upstairs to enjoy the views, plus bedroom 2 and a smaller bathroom, featuring a shower.

This home sleeps up to 12 guests comfortably (Max 6 adults and 6 children), so bringing along the whole crew is not an issue. You'll be able to immerse yourself in what Carrickalinga, Normanville, and surrounds have to offer.

Location: A street back from the beach (about a 5 minutes stroll to the beach)
Bed configuration: Sleeps 12 guests (max 6 adults and 6 children) - 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (including a bath), 2 Queen-size beds, 1 tri-bunk, 1 single bed, and 2 sets of single bunk beds.
Facilities: A well-equipped holiday home with an open plan lounge, dining, kitchen with dishwasher, laundry facilities, bbq
Features/entertainment: TVs, dvd Player, Table Tennis table, Foosball table, and Wifi.
Heating/cooling: Reverse cycle air conditioning and ceiling fans in all bedrooms and in the upstairs living area.
Pets: No Pets
Fenced: Not fully fenced.
Cleaning: Cleaner will be hired on your behalf, and will be incorporated into the rental fee.
Bedding: All duvets and duvet covers are provided, all mattress protectors are provided, and all pillows are provided.
Linen: Sheets and towels are not provided, guests must supply their own, or Guests can hire linen packages through our Ray White Normanville office. (Prior ordering is essential)
Each pack contains the following items and can be ordered to suit bedding configuration and guest numbers:
Top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, bath towel, hand towel, bath mat face washer, and T-towel
