“No hot water. Hole in the bathroom ceiling. Dismantled smoke detector above the bed. The people above us were fighting from 12pm until 3am. Called office 3 times to ask them to do something about the noise. They didn't do anything. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL”

“Staff was great. The room lights didn’t work. The fridge wasn’t working so our food went to waste. When we woke up we had small roaches walking on the bed and luggage”

“We made a reservation around 9 PM on Saturday the 22nd and it was accepted and booked for that night. We made the reservation through Expedia. We arrived at the Wintergarden Inn in Crystal City TX around 10 PM. The office was closed so we called the Inn's after hours phone number but no one answered. I let the phone ring at least 20 times, if not more before hanging up. Needless to say, there was no recording that came on, so I could not leave a message. We were exhausted as we drove for many……

“Although it says resort it is actually a man camp. Towels smelled like mildew and office was closed when I was going to ask for replacements. We didn't get much sleep due to the loud noises and arguing outside. We will not return.”

“The room was clean and spacious. The front desk person was very helpful, and it was a quick check-in.”

“Staff is always attentive and accommodating to my needs. The facility is dated but rooms always clean and bed comfortable. As a single woman, I'm always given a room close to the office which makes me feel safe. Price is very fair for the accommodation. I recommend it for an overnight stay.”
