"Front desk staff are best PR—they greeted every person on entry, made each of us feel welcome. Breakfast staff person kept food well stocked and room very tidy, was quietly very efficient and helpful. Rooms were spotless, set up conveniently. Being able to gather family (we were at a family funeral) in the evening in the breakfast room till 10 pm really helped us connect and stay organized. The easy shuttle to the airport was soooo convenient. Hotel staff is very personable from front desk to housekeeping in the halls—they treat guests warmly and kindly—wow!"
