Shocked by the state of the building and the appartment, it is clear that no investments have been made for a very very long time. Entrance dirty, wooden railing rotting. Kitchen and bath terrible. Some cheap new furnishings cannot disguise the extremely bad condition of the appartment. Wrong place ...
