卡辛顿水库

Very comfy and clean room with excellent design. The only negative is the pillow is too firm. We really enjoyed staying in this hotel.

The room was large and clean. It did smell rather musty though. We’ve been to this hotel a few times and it’s not as good as it used to be. Probably much like some other hotels who have had to reduce standards, staff etc. Reception staff were very pleasant and efficient. Bar staff were the same. Service at dinner in the restaurant wasn’t quite as good.
