The facility was subpar. Neither the heating nor the refrigerator worked in our room (103). Our room was never cleaned. I needed to ask the front desk for clean towels and was politely given them, but was not told until check out that if we wanted the room cleaned we needed to put in a request with the front desk. When the hot water canister in the lobby ran out of hot water I notified the front desk, but was only given a shrug. All in all, I would not return even if I was just passing through.

Really nice, spacious uniquely furnished rooms (incl both desk and table to eat at). Great tv and programming options. Sufficient amenities (coffee maker, fridge and microwave). Good covered parking option and luggage stroller option for convenience. Friendly helpful staff. Started staying w Hardman many years ago and it’s always first option I look for (unless I need a stovetop, ie extended stay) and it’s only sometimes cost differential that forces me to stay elsewhere

Room did not look like it was cleaned when arrived. Shower and bathroom were a mess. Conditioner and hair on walls in shower. Hallways were awful, carpet was ripped and pulled up everywhere. They had nailed down entry way mats over the carpet and nails were throughout the hallway holding down the carpet. Very dirty. Lobby was clean and staff were friendly.

This was probably one of the dirtiest hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. I booked this hotel on the ratings and many people commented that it was very clean, it was not! The carpet was disgusting. There were holes in walls, the bathroom door looked like it hadn’t been wiped down in years. The bathroom light switch was actually black from grime. I would not recommend this hotel.
