「The virtual assistance at the front desk was extremely rude - stating she was super busy and will get to help us when she can. Our plug stopped working so microwave and toaster didn’t work. We had no internet thought the storm was over. No priorities and cleaners never came. Basically, it’s a fend do yourself type of place - good luck is anything happens someone will come help you. 」

「Clean room, clean pool, great accommodations for 4. Could use a few foldable chairs to enjoy the balcony with warm sunshine and ☕️ Ran out of toilet paper, Had to purchase Walgreens. Due to 3rd party booking. 」

Staff was reachable and made accommodations. Hotel was extremely clean and was a quiet place. Overall, a great experience and would book again. 」
