"Room in the manor are definitely in need of upgrades but the beds were great and it was a good price for the little time spent in the room. We didn't stay around the hotel too long but with all the amenities, you could spend a whole day there. Pretty impressed with the hotel, liked the location. The only downside was the room but we would definitely stay there again, just in the towers."

"So much really. The property is stunning and cleaning staff does a great job at keeping it up. As far as our room it was in the Versailles tower the room was lovely and very comfortable, the view of the Sphere was amazing but the noise from the alley kept us awake most nights till well after 2AM. No refrigerators in the room and no coffee pots which meant morning coffee was ridiculous. You walk what feels like miles only to stand in line for 30-60 minutes to get coffee. Then hit with a ridiculous cost for a cup of coffee. The casino was well kept up and I had a lot of fun but in 6 evenings of gambling I received 1 drink while gambling. Literally no cocktail waitress on the floor even during peak times. The restaurants were crazy expensive good but very overpriced. We did eat at Gordon Ramsay’s steak house which I highly recommend. It was expensive but best steak I’ve ever had it’s truly worth the splurge. The pool was really good but again crazy high drink prices. 28$ for a 12oz pina colada. No outside beverages allowed. Felt like I was nickel and dimed the whole week. There are affordable food options near by and the hotel is right in the middle of everything so really easy to get on the monorail and also use the bus while getting around town "

"It’s classic Vegas. Rooms could use a deeper clean. Found hair all over the bathroom but it’s a huge room and otherwise fine. "

"Perfect stay for a reasonable price (minus the resort fee which is ridiculously high but is simply the going rate all along the strip). We have stayed at higher priced hotels on the strip and PH matches them all in terms of comfort, spaciousness and cleanliness. Easy self check-in at the self serve kiosk. Paid the $30 early check-in fee at noon which we felt was reasonable. Loved the nearby food court and shopping places. Great central location on the strip. Very little wait for elevators at all times. We will definitely consider again next time in Vegas."
