“The room was not clean, the floors were absolutely disgusting, the mirror in the bathroom was broken, the handle for the sink was broken along with the sink in the kitchen. I did not know that we were staying at a residential room, it was the worse thing ever! I wanted a hotel & no where did it say that it was residential during booking. On top of that the pool was closed on our side of the hotel/building, front desk said that the other side has the pool but closes at 5pm in VEGAS!!!! Like it’s……

“I didn’t realize I had stayed here before, but you can definitely tell the rooms have been upgraded—they felt fresh and comfortable. The Ridge Sierra also shares amenities with another nearby resort just a few minutes away, and there’s a convenient shuttle that can pick you up anytime. The indoor/outdoor pool was a lifesaver—it kept my kids entertained the whole time. They also offer activities for both kids and adults, which was a nice bonus. Plus, it’s only about 9 minutes from the gondola,……

“Good location. Staff and housekeeping was good. We had wet floors due to a leek. The offered another room 2 days into our 4 day stay. Maintenance resopnse was lackluster, didnt attempt to deal with the water. Just gave us extra towels to put down. Windows didnt open and window locks, once pryed open, didnt work. Place was pretty shabby. We wont be back.”

“The owner was very polite, I requested an additional blanket it was delivered quickly. The room was spotless. Quiet neighborhood and private location. Close to a Walmart neighborhood market which allowed me to pick up breakfast and lunch items.”
