"This is the second time we've stayed here. The rooms are clean, and the staff is very courteous and professional. Convenient to get to Gatlinburg from this end of town also. It's right around the corner from Dollywood and lots of other attractions, but since it's not right on the main drag, there's very little traffic noise."

"This is a great hotel! The breakfast is always delicious and the hotel smells clean from the minute you walk in. The room and nice and spacious with comfortable beds. The only downside is if you get a room with a balcony be prepared to dodge alot of spiders and spider webs all over."
