“Our room was not cleaned from the day before. Dirty bed and garbage. Ice cream container on the night stand. Made a nasty sticky mess”

“The room was dated but clean and had every convenience. The bed was comfortable, there were several TV channels to choose from, a nice refrigerator and microwave and even an ironing board and iron. Patrick was very friendly and accommodating and I’ll stay there again next trip. ”

“They offer you candy when checking in. I must have looked at a different place to stay and accepted this one by mistake. Expedia had us wanting a smoking room? The room was clean but had a strange smell. It has only a space heater for heat. It is supposed to drop in the teens tonight. There is a unit in it that is supposed to be a heat/air conditioner that does not heat. Was charged $150.00 deposit incase we smoked in the room or for incidentals. Which we had no idea about! Which is……

“I’m typically not a person who leaves a bad review…. But this was BAD. Our room smelled like a toilet. No water pressure in the shower. The breakfast was awful. The tables to eat breakfast were dirty. No one there wiping them off between people eating. The pool had so much chlorine it made my son sick because he couldn’t breathe. Horrible. Will pay more money elsewhere and drive further. Don’t recommend. ”

“It was time to stop and came across this place on Expedia so decided to book a room. Check in location is not in the same building so had to locate it to get checked in. Lady was very friendly checking us in. We were on 2nd floor. The elevator was old and dirty. Our room was ok. Bathroom was clean and bed was clean. It’s a very dated place. The outside needs a great deal of work to make it more attractive. You can tell the outside is way behind in needing updating. Breakfast was very limited……

“Stayed 2 nights and it was very comfortable stay. Bed was very comfortable and I slept well. The location is close to restaurants and gas stations. The hotel breakfast was very good too. The scrambled eggs and sausage were the best I've had at hotel breakfasts. Also waffles and assorted other items. Staff was friendly. Felt like a safe area.”

“The hotel needs an upgrade, I love Fairfield typically. The shower was very outdated and was hard to operate. The walls throughout the hotel and doors were very runned down. The breakfast was not great compared to what they typically have and the pool was closed! Without any warning. Also trains go by all night woke up at 11am 4am and 6 because of it not sure they can help that but wouldn't stay here again. Also smelled of weed on the first floor by the elevators. For $200 a night it's shameful……

“Staff were very courteous and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Eggs, sausage and bacon, biscuits n gravy, scones, delicious coffee with creamers, yogurt, waffles, and toast. I will stay here again for sure. ”

“We enjoyed this cozy bed and breakfast. It's a great location - so beautiful! The staff was amazing - we had a meeting at LMU and were missing breakfast. So they packed us a breakfast and put it in the common area refrigerator for us to grab in the morning. It was also handy to fill our cups with ice water. ”
