Staff was excellent room was clean. It felt safe be aware that if you use the safe in your room that they will charge you and if you don’t use it, they will still try to charge you and you need to tell them. I’ve never had that happen before they did refund my money and we’re very kind about it.

Four hours after checkout my card was hit with a 5.50 charge. I called the hotel the front desk told me it was a random charge they do to everybody. She claimed it was room amenities such as the safe and did not know what else. I said I did not use anything. She claimed the manager had to reimburse me and was not there. Very shady charging people money after they leave hoping nobody would notice a 5.50 charge.

When we got to our room it was so hot in there and stuffy. We just went ahead and went out for dinner so the room could cool off. The next morning we were about to head out for the day that is when they decided to come in even with do not disturb on door with no notice at check in or a courtesy call to put in a thermostat. Air was working fine when it was on. We waited until they left and said they had it turned on to ac they did not. Plus the body odor smell they left behind after leaving took a while to leave too. We decided this won't be where we stay on our next visit. Room was booked over a month ahead of time and it should have been ready for guest.
