Perfect for quick night’s stay. Clean, quiet, and convenient to LMU and Cumberland Gap Park. The continental breakfast was basic but good- I only eat light breakfast always. People were very nice.

The Good: Clean room, comfortable bedding, full size refrigerator, cook top, nice linens, plenty of parking; friendly staff; convenient to groceries, gas, dining The Bad: (1) No coffee maker in room; (2) Dirty/smelly outside of room - buckets are placed outside each room to be used as ash trays....constant smell of cigarette smoke when walking to/from room; walkways and elevator floor filthy;

The room was very clean the staff was helpful and even allowed a late checkout for no fee as we were there for a funeral. We were on ground floor so a little loud, but to be expected. Would gladly stay again.

First and foremost I thought I was at the wrong location because the picture that's displayed on the hotels.com website doesn't match the building also the building is fairly dirty on the outside the room was fairly clean however older air conditioner made ridiculous noises all night long making it very difficult to sleep to call the hotel lobby only once but no answer as it was raining outside and the office is not attached to the building so I just had to deal with it all night long most likely would never stay again

The property is old, the air conditioning in our room didn’t work well, the pool was dirty and the grounds around the pool were littered with trash. We had to ask for towels daily and were given the bare minimum. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Consistent Excellence Every Time ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What can I say about Chick-fil-A except that they consistently maintain a high standard of excellence. Whether I’m stopping in with my kids or grabbing something by myself, I know I’m going to receive friendly service and exactly what I ordered. The experience is always reliable, and that level of consistency is why I keep coming back.
